We visit your home, take accurate field measurements, look for gas and electric meters and plan the best access. Then we sit down and put your vision on paper.
The first sketch
Using your ideas, we create a rough design sketch of your future outdoor resort.

This is where the magic happens. We finish a full AutoCAD and 3D presentation and schedule your design meeting.
Revise until it’s perfect
We review the final design with you and revise until you’re 100% satisfied. After your plans are signed and approved, we put together a bid that can scale up or down with your budget.

Inside construction
Four phases, five inspections.
Every pool is different, but the path is the same. Here’s a glimpse.
Planning
- The first meeting. We listen, measure your yard and take extensive notes.
- Design consulting. You work with our design staff using 3D graphics, and select tile, decking and interior finishes.
- Permitting. Plans comply with state, local and HOA requirements. We handle city and county permits.
Dig, steel & systems
- Layout. We spray-paint the design on the ground so you approve it before the dig.
- Excavation and steel. A couple of days each, with reinforcing per the engineering plans.
- Rough plumbing. Designed for circulation, clarity and efficiency, followed by your first city inspection.
Gunite, tile & masonry
- Gunite. Concrete shot through a high-pressure hose forms the shell, steps and spa.
- Tile and masonry. Waterline tile, coping and decking take shape.
- Inspections. Second and third city inspections keep everything to code.
Equipment & finish
- Equipment and electrical. We install the latest filtration, heating and smart controls.
- Interior finish. Plaster or pebble goes in and the pool is filled.
- Start-up. We balance the water, walk you through care and keep servicing for four weeks.
